Anyways, most bras nowadays are those with wired for the purpose of lifting up the breast. The wire is actually the source of problem besides having non-fitting bra. I think most women now aware of the implications and have gone bra-less when going to sleep (at least 8 hours of bra-less). Thanks to breast cancer campaign that is now going on very well in our country.

Well, I am actually a 24-hours bra person, most of the time! Maybe this is one of the factor that contributed to my condition. No regrets anyway. :)
